The location was perfect! i could easily walk to the promenade and explore nearby shops. the staff was helpful. English was well understood, i appreciated the modern conveniences in my room. the rooftop breakfast offered a great start to my days.
The gym was smaller than expected considering the hotel's price. It could use more equipment.

The hotel lobby has a beautiful design. The team prepared a lovely birthday cake for my mom on the second night of our stay. Every staff I met was cute. The room was spacious and clean.
Calling for room service took too long. It often took about an hour before I actually got through.

housekeeping forgot to replenish essential items like towels, cups, and glasses. i located the housekeeping trolleys myself to get replacements, inconvenient.
